OilMax Express Lube provides mobile automotive maintenance and repair services throughout Central Indiana. By scheduling or purchasing any service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, that you are authorized to approve work on the vehicle, and that our technicians may access your property or vehicle for the purpose of service. Payment is due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Prices, promotions, and service availability are subject to change without notice. Services may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of unsafe conditions, weather issues, or restricted access to the vehicle. Unauthorized use of this website, including copying of content, data scraping, or misuse of company information, is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy
OilMax Express Lube values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect information such as your name, address, contact details, and vehicle data only for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share customer information, except as needed to securely process payments, fulfill services, or as required by law. Liability Disclaimer

OilMax Express Lube LLC is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, corrosion, or wear; failures unrelated to the service performed; customer-supplied parts or materials; or loss or damage to personal items inside the vehicle. In no case shall OilMax Express Lube’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
Warranty
OilMax Express Lube LLC provides a limited warranty covering parts and labor for thirty (30) days or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship directly related to the service performed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, misuse, or damage caused by factors unrelated to our service.
Hold Harmless Agreement
By using OilMax Express Lube’s services, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OilMax Express Lube LLC, its owners, employees, investors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses—including attorney fees—arising from or related to the service performed, access granted to the property, or misuse of the services provided. This includes but is not limited to property damage, personal injury, or consequential losses not caused by the direct negligence of OilMax Express Lube LLC.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
All services must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. Refunds will not be issued for work that has already been completed. Appointment cancellations may be refunded only with prior approval from OilMax Express Lube LLC. Rescheduling fees may apply and can be charged up to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the scheduled service for last-minute changes, missed appointments, or inaccessible vehicles at the time of arrival.

Jurisdiction for any disputes or claims shall be exclusively vested in the courts of Morgan County, Indiana. All legal fees, costs, and related expenses, including attorney’s fees, are the full responsibility of the customer or claimant.
